Technical

What does custom mean?

When we say custom we mean completely bespoke. They are made for you to your exact specification. You design them – using our online shirt designer. We make them – using our awesome technical skills.

To clarify – We don’t buy in shirts from abroad (or anywhere for that matter) and slap a logo on them. We design the garment and the fabrics and make them ourselves.

Can I request special sizing?

All of the shirts we make have custom sizing options available. You choose a chest size and then add, or take away, body length as required.

If you have an additional or specific request we can help you. Please get in touch before ordering so we can help you as efficiently as possible.

Are all your garments handmade?

Yes! Absolutely. All of our garments are made by hand, with love, in the UK and always will be. When you order a garment it is made to your specification. This keeps the quality exceptionally high.

Are your materials certified organic?

All of our garments use organic stretch cotton as default. This fabric meets Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX®). It is soft and stretchy. Our snoods and hats also use a soft fleece liner.

How many colours are available?

Currently we have 15 solid colours of our organic stretch cotton , 4 exclusive prints, 7 fleece colours (Hats and Snoods only) and two colours of towelling (Towels only).

Can I request a fabric colour?

Yeh sure! Drop us a message with your colour request and we’ll do our best to source some for you.

Postage & Delivery

How much is delivery?

One or two of our accessories is £3.50 tracked. A shirt (or multiple) or more than two accessories is £5 regardless of the area you live in (in the UK exc Islands and Highlands). If you spend £100 or more then delivery is free.

What packaging do you use?

Our packaging is made of recycled paper material. It is 100% recyclable and vegan. Once you have unboxed your shirt and/or accessory please recycle or reuse it. We hope you won’t need it but if you want to return your products our packaging also has pre-applied adhesive strip to reseal it.

How long does it take to make a shirt?

Our usual lead time for any shirt or accessory is 10 days (max) from order to dispatch. We endeavour to send them as soon as possible within this time.

Costs & Discounts

Do you do kits for a team or society?

Yes. We do bulk orders for teams and societies. We can manage additional branding or logo work if required. If you have particular colours or styles we can work with you to make it exactly how you want.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We don’t have an official bulk discount we work on a case-by-case basis. If you are looking to buy multiple items, say for a golfing society, team event or holiday, just drop us a line.
